Delivery Time

  • Remote areas may take slightly longer

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on selected orders

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery within the UAE.

Please ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the order

  • The correct contact number is provided

We reserve the right to confirm COD orders before shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (if applicable).

Delays

CarZyn is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:
