At CarZyn, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying experience with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

If you need an exchange, contact us with photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the shipping

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be processed and shipped.
